Chief Engineer - Workboat / Tug - Avonmouth / Bristol - Start 2026-11-04

We are recruiting an experienced Chief Engineer to serve as Sole Engineer on workboats operating in the Avonmouth and Bristol port area starting 4 November 2026. We will assign an initial 4-week engagement with a strong preference for candidates open to remaining onboard beyond the New Year.

Pay is offered at GBP 280-300 per day on a PAYE basis and is subject to UK taxation. The role involves full engineering responsibility on tugs, multicats and similar workboats and requires hands-on maintenance capability.

Candidates must hold a Chief Engineer CoC, have prior sole-engineer experience on tugs/multicats/workboats, hold valid maritime certificates and medical, and have the right to work in the UK.
