Terms of Service
These Terms set out the rules for using the website, the rights and obligations of users, and the scope of the Administrator's responsibility.
§1. General provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the crewingbay.com website (the "Service") and form part of the agreement for the electronic provision of services concluded between the Administrator and the User.
The agreement is concluded once the User accepts the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy during account registration by ticking the relevant checkbox. Without acceptance, the Service cannot be used.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR and regulations on electronic service provision.
These Terms are available in the Service in a way that allows them to be saved, downloaded, or printed.
The Administrator does not charge additional fees for communication with the User. Connection costs are borne by the User according to their operator's rates.

§3. Type and scope of services
The Administrator makes it possible in particular to:
- browse content,
- create an account,
- publish and review job offers,
- apply for positions,
- communicate between users.
Some features may be paid. Details are available in the Service.
Access to selected services may require meeting specific technical or formal conditions.
§4. Conditions of use
To use the Service, the following are required:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date browser,
- an email address.
The User is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date data.
The Account is created through the registration form and its activation.
As a rule, one account per person is allowed.
Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited.
For full access:
- a subscription may be required,
- companies may be subject to verification before publishing offers.
The Administrator may refuse to activate an account if the provided data is incorrect or incomplete.
Rules for publishing announcements
- Content must be lawful and reliable.
- Offensive, misleading, or illegal content is prohibited.
- Entities publishing announcements must provide contact details.
- The Administrator reserves the right to remove announcements that do not comply with these Terms.
§5. User rights and obligations
The User may use the Service in accordance with its purpose.
The following is prohibited:
- publishing unlawful content,
- disrupting the operation of the Service,
- violating the rights of other persons.
The User is responsible for published content.
The User has the right to:
- access data,
- rectify data,
- delete data,
- object to processing.
The account may be deleted at any time without a refund of fees.
User reviews may be moderated by the Administrator.
§6. Administrator rights and obligations
The Administrator ensures the operation of the Service, subject to possible technical interruptions.
The Administrator has the right to:
- restrict access,
- remove content,
- block accounts.
The Administrator may monitor activity for security purposes.
The Administrator is not responsible for relationships between users.
§7. Liability
The Administrator is not liable for:
- user content,
- actions of third parties,
- technical interruptions.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
§8. Personal data
Details of data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy.
The Administrator applies appropriate data protection measures.
§9. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by email or through a contact form.
A complaint should include the contact details of the person submitting it and a description of the reported problem.
A response to the complaint is provided within 14 days.
The decision on the complaint may be appealed.
§10. Final provisions
Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.
The Administrator may amend these Terms.
Users are informed about changes with appropriate notice.
Lack of acceptance may result in discontinuation of the services.
In the event of interpretative discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
These Terms apply from the moment of publication.
