- Valid Chief Engineer (Unlimited) Certificate of Competency
- Minimum 2 contracts in rank on Supramax / Handymax bulk carriers
- Hands-on experience with Wärtsilä RT-flex / electronic engines
- Good command of English (Marlins / CES Test preferred)
- Valid STCW certificates, medical fitness, and COVID vaccination record
- Strong leadership and preventive maintenance skills
