Requirements

Minimum 6 years experience as Chief Engineer
Main Engine (ME) experience mandatory
Proven experience on crude oil tankers
Experience with newbuilding projects, commissioning, sea trials and vessel delivery is an advantage
Valid STCW certification and all relevant licences/documentation
Strong knowledge of engine-room operations, maintenance planning and safety management systems
Excellent leadership, communication and crew-management skills
