- Proven experience as Foreman and/or Winch Operator on cable pull-in projects
- Strong understanding of cable installation methodologies
- Experience supervising offshore, nearshore, or onshore installation teams
- Safety-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Available to mobilize at short notice
- VCA, MIST, or equivalent safety certification
- Valid Offshore Medical or Seafarer's Medical Certificate
- Relevant winch operation and equipment-specific certificates
