We represent a reputable Singaporean shipowner and have an opening for a Chief Engineer on a self-discharging bulk carrier trading in the Uruguay region. The vessel was built in 1989, 40 458 GRT, main engine Sulzer 7RTA62 (11 914 HP).
Contract and pay: The assignment is 3 months on / 3 months off with a salary of USD 11,500 per month. Sign-on is expected in 6 weeks and the role offers stable employment with the shipowner.
Candidate profile: Applicants must have prior service as Chief Engineer on self-discharging bulk carriers, solid technical experience and familiarity with conveyor systems.
