Chief Engineer - Container Ship

We invite applications for the Chief Engineer position on board a Malta-flag Container Ship (built 2006) with DWT 21304, GT 18327 and NT 10908. The main engine is a MAN B&W 7S60MC-C. The vessel operates with multinational crew including Sri Lanka, Philippines, Georgia, Ukraine and EU nationals and has internet on board. Deck and engine team composition is listed as Master, Chief Officer, Second Officer, Third Officer and Chief Engineer, Second Engineer, Third Engineer, Fourth Engineer, Electro-Technical Officer.

The assignment is a 4 m contract with joining date 2026-10-31. Salary is USD 9326 - 10826 per month. Re-join bonus: not applicable. Benefits include promotion prospects, work with top German owners, free of charge employment service and a loyalty bonus.
