Chief Engineer - Container Ship

We invite applications for the Chief Engineer position on board a Malta-flag container ship built in 2010. The vessel has DWT 52888, GT 40541, NT 24472 and is driven by a MAN B&W 8K90MC-C diesel main engine. The current crew composition includes seafarers from Sri Lanka, Philippines, Georgia, Ukraine and EU states, and the engine team comprises Chief Engineer, Second Engineer, Third Engineer, Fourth Engineer and Electro-Technical Officer. We operate with web network connectivity and follow stated vessel regulations.

The assignment starts on 2026-11-10. The contract term is 4 months. Salary offered ranges from USD 9326 to USD 10826 per month. Re-join bonus is not applicable. Benefits include promotion prospects, service by top German owners and free of charge employment service as well as a loyalty bonus.
