2nd Engineer * Dredging Vessel

We are recruiting for a 2nd Engineer to join a reputable Dutch dredging contractor on board a Self-Propelled Motor Hopper Barge / Dredging Vessel operating in Portugal. The assignment is on a vessel flagged Netherlands, built 2010, 96 m length and 3,315 GT. The assignment period runs from 2026-11-04 to 2026-12-09 with a rotation of 5 weeks ON / 5 weeks OFF.

The role requires prior experience as a 2nd Engineer, a valid STCW certificate and Seaman's Book, and preferably previous experience on dredging operations or SHB vessels. Good English is required and we encourage applications from EU candidates.
