We represent a well established Israeli shipping group offering a Master position on a bulk carrier. The vessel was built in 2022, 34 511 GRT, driven by a MAN-B&W 6S60ME-B9.3 main engine of 11 057 HP. The shipowner is Israeli, crewing is managed by Latvia and Crewplanet, and the crew composition is mixed.

The role carries a basic monthly salary of USD 9,400 - 10,400 for a 4 month contract. Planned joining date is 15 November 2026 (sign on noted as in 3 weeks). Seniority bonuses for rank are paid in addition to basic salary as follows per month: 1 year - USD 200 | 2 years - USD 300 | 3 years - USD 400 | 4 years - USD 500 | 5 years - USD 550 | 6 years - USD 600 | 7 years - USD 650 | 8 years - USD 700 | 9 years - USD 750 | 10 years - USD 800 | 11 years - USD 900 | 12 years - USD 950 | 13+ years - USD 1,000. Company seniority bonuses are paid separately per month as follows: 1 year - USD 200 | 2 years - USD 300 | 3 years - USD 400 | 4 years - USD 500 | 5 years - USD 550 | 6 years - USD 600 | 7 years - USD 700 | 8 years - USD 750 | 9 years - USD 800 | 10 years - USD 850 | 11 years - USD 900 | 12 years - USD 950 | 13 years - USD 1,000 | 14 years - USD 1,050 | 15 years - USD 1,100. Both bonuses are paid separately in addition to the basic monthly salary and are based on qualifying years in rank and with the company.
