International Service Coordinator | Other | in 2 weeks

We invite applications for the position of International Service Coordinator based in Bremen, Germany, supporting our maritime service operations. The role involves advising customers, handling international enquiries and orders, preparing quotations, managing service orders from spare parts procurement through to invoicing, and handling customer and order administration while efficiently scheduling service technicians. The vacancy is connected to a vessel listed as Other (2010 build, 1 GRT) and the position is based in Germany with relocation required.

The contract is for 4 months and the gross salary range is EUR 2 000 to EUR 3 000 per month. We also offer paid vacation, accommodation support, employee savings contributions (VWL), and annual leave above collectively agreed entitlements.

Candidates should hold a commercial vocational qualification, preferably from the shipping industry, have good written and spoken English, and ideally have experience in service coordination. A strong customer focus, computer proficiency, good communication and teamwork skills, resilience, commitment and a Class B driving licence are required. The role is needed as soon as possible with sign on in two weeks.
