- Offshore Crane Operator (OCO) Stage 3 / Grade G1 Certification with an average of 100 hours independent / unsupervised logged lifting operations
- Endorsement for Active Heave Compensation (AHC) Systems and Safelift 3D compensated lifting tool
- Type-rated or comprehensively trained on Techano's Phoenix Bridge Control System - on-site training can be provided
- STCW Certification
- Valid seafarers medical and passport
- Capability to perform crane maintenance and some deck duties when crane not in use
- Experience as sole crane operator on shift (no 24hr operations)

Join our team as a Crane Operator on an MPSV currently operating in Europe. We are accepting applications from experienced operators for this role.
Mobilisation is planned for 8 and 9 November 2026. The position operates on a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation. Pay is a day rate and will be subject to UK Tax and National Insurance deductions. Travel is provided within the UK and EU.
Applicants must hold OCO Stage 3 / Grade G1 with the required logged lifting hours and have endorsements for AHC systems and the Safelift 3D tool. STCW certification, a valid seafarers medical and passport are required. Type-rating or comprehensive training on Techano's Phoenix Bridge Control System is expected; training can be undertaken on site. The role involves working as the sole crane operator on each shift and carrying out crane maintenance and some deck duties when the crane is not in use.
