- Valid STCW and relevant certificates
- Previous experience as Chief Officer on Chemical Tankers
- Stainless steel chemical tanker experience
- Strong knowledge of chemical tanker cargo operations
- Experience with phenol or similar sensitive chemical cargoes considered an advantage
- Good English communication skills
- Good leadership and team-management skills
- Positive safety attitude and strong knowledge of SMS procedures
