Chief Engineer - Workboat / Tug - Avonmouth / Bristol - Start 2026-11-16

Join our team as a Chief Engineer responsible for sole-engineer duties aboard workboats operating around Avonmouth and Bristol, with a commencement date of 16 November 2026. The initial posting is for 4 weeks; candidates willing to remain through the New Year are especially welcome.

The assignment pays GBP 280-300 per day PAYE, subject to UK tax. The role requires robust practical engineering and maintenance skills while working on tugs, multicats and similar vessels.

Applicants must possess a Chief Engineer CoC, proven sole-engineer experience on tugs or multicats, valid seafaring certificates and medical, and the right to work in the UK.
