Chief Engineer | Bulk Carrier | 2026-11-15

We represent a well-established Israeli shipping group offering a Chief Engineer position on one of their bulk carriers. The vessel was built in 2022, 34 511 GRT, powered by a MAN-B&W 6S60ME-B9.3 main engine (11 057 HP). The ship operates with a mixed-nationality crew and is managed/crewed through Latvia and Crewplanet. The shipowner is registered in Israel.

The assignment is a 4-month contract with a monthly basic salary of USD 9,400 to USD 10,400. Planned joining date is 15 November 2026. In addition to the basic salary we pay rank-based seniority bonuses and company seniority bonuses as follows. Rank seniority (per month): 1 year – USD 200, 2 years – USD 300, 3 years – USD 400, 4 years – USD 500, 5 years – USD 550, 6 years – USD 600, 7 years – USD 650, 8 years – USD 700, 9 years – USD 750, 10 years – USD 800, 11 years – USD 900, 12 years – USD 950, 13+ years – USD 1,000. Company seniority (per month): 1 year – USD 200, 2 years – USD 300, 3 years – USD 400, 4 years – USD 500, 5 years – USD 550, 6 years – USD 600, 7 years – USD 700, 8 years – USD 750, 9 years – USD 800, 10 years – USD 850, 11 years – USD 900, 12 years – USD 950, 13 years – USD 1,000, 14 years – USD 1,050, 15 years – USD 1,100.
